Select an event

How can I find a specific event?

Ordering at TPP is easy enough: A step-by-step system guides you through the ordering process:

  1. Select Event/Tour,
  2. Select Show,
  3. Select Time (if available),
  4. Select Quantity of Tickets and Pricing.

When you already know which event you want to order, it is best to use the Quick Search. The Quick Search Button is available at the top of each page.

Quick Search:

Select in the drop-down menue if you want to search for an event or a city; submit your query by clicking on the red button. Select the event in the results of your search. The next page shows you either a list of the different shows (if available) or a single entry. A click on "Ordering and further Informations" leads you to the actual order form.

Highlights:

A click on the picture of our highlights redirects you to the order form.

Eventlist:

Browse our wide selection of events by using the "Events" button at the upper left of the website. Select the event in the list of events (in alphabetical order) and click on "Tickets". The next page shows you either a list of the different shows (if available) or a single entry. Click on "Ordering and further Informations" to go to the actual order form.

How do I fill in the order form?

Select a pricelevel and, if available, a section by using the drop down menu. Then enter the amount of tickets you like to order. If the chart "seats available" shows a "0" no tickets are available at the moment.

(!) A "0" in the chart does not mean that the event is completely sold out. Tickets might be available at a later date..

After selecting a pricegroup enter the number of tickets you want to buy. The standard setting is "1", but you can enter any other number of tickets smaller than the maximum number of tickets shown in the "seats available" chart. Confirm your entry with the Next-button. The total price according to the requested number of tickets is now transferred to the order form. Now select the delivery method and enter your address.

It is important to use the address the tickets shall be mailed to. Due to technical reasons the shipping and billing address have to be identical. Providing your telephone number is an easy and fast way to contact you if necessary.

We need your e-mail address to mail you the confirmation of your order.

Please read and agree to the terms and conditions. Without your consent your order cannot be processed. The personal information you provide will be used according to the actual laws of privacy policy. Personal Information is solely used to process your order.

Next you will see an on-screen confirmation of your order. Make sure to make a print-out of this confirmation as we need your order number in case any problems occur.

IMPORTANT! There is no shopping basket available at the moment. If you like to order tickets for different events you have to order them separately.

If you place several orders on a single day, the shipping fees will be charged only once. To get the total sum of your order add the prices of each separate order and subtract the falsely added shipping fees. Please make sure to quote the order numbers of each separate order when you pay.

For your transactions with us we use Secure Server Software (SSL).

3. Confirmation

Do I get a confirmation of my order?

We will reserve the tickets after receiving your order.

A confirmation e-mail will be issued to you containing your order number and other relevant data.

Please retain this mail as we will need it to locate your order if there are any queries.

4. Payment

How can I pay?

When paying by bank transfer or cheque (in Euro) make sure to pay immediately after your order as it will take a few days until we receive your money. All necessary information like bank account number etc. is stated in the confirmation mail.

Important for us is the receipt of payment. Reservations that have not been paid in due time are no longer valid, even if you can not be hold responsible for the delay.

Payment by credit card
Enter the relevant data of your credit card, such as name of the credit card holder, the card number, the date of expiration and the signature code (CVC-Nummer). Please notice that the name of the person ordering and the owner of the credit card have to be identical. Most credit cards have a signature code which provides an additional security measure to prevent fraudulent use of the cards in the internet. This signature code is made up of 3 to 4 digits and is usually found on the back of the card on the signature strip. There may be other digits before the signature code, such as the last few digits of your card number but the actual signature code is just the last set of digits printed there. Alternatively the signature code may be printed on the front of your card, however in this case it will be actually printed on the card, not embossed as the main card number is.

When your order is completed, you will get a printable order confirmation in a pop-up window plus this confirmation as e-mail.

Normally your tickets will be send to you at the next working day.

If those tickets cannot be mailed for reasons TPP cannot be held responsible for (technical problems, cancellation by the promoter etc.), your creditcard will not be charged resp. will we refund the amount.

How will the tickets be delivered?

After receiving the money the tickets will be mailed to you by post.

For selected events we now offer the possibility to print the tickets comfortably at home with our new print at home feature.

If any problems occur we will contact you by mail oder phone.
