Print At Home

print at home is the most convenient way to get a ticket. The tickets are bought online and printed at home. An individual 2D-barcode on the ticket provides the customers with a high standard of security.

As soon as you have finished your purchase (only with credit card), you will get a printable order confirmation in a pop-up window containing a link to a secured internet zone where you can pick up your tickets. To print the tickets you need a pdf reader (e. g. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Please note that you cannot exchange or refund tickets unless the event has been cancelled.
Therefore it is absolutely necessary to check the date of the concert in question before placing your order.

An order confirmation per e-mail will be issued at the same time containing a link to reprint the tickets if problems did occur on the first attempt to print them.

Please make sure that there is only one printed version of your tickets especially if they had to be reprinted. Each ticket should be printed on standard paper and treated like money or any other ticket. The barcode allows one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell any copies of the print at home ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event.

Therefore we strongly advise you not to reprint the tickets if they have been lost or sold. Once the 2D-barcode on the tickets are scanned the barcode will no longer be valid and an admisssion with the reprinted tickets is impossible.

If unauthorised doubles of print at home tickets should turn up at the event the promoter reserves the right to deny the owner of those doubles the admission to the event. Furthermore the promoter reserves the right to take legal measures.

For print at home tickets whose payment could for any reason not be fulfilled the barcode will be blocked. This barcode can no longer be scanned at the entry and the admission will be refused. The promotor reserves the right to prosecute any violation of the print at home feature and take legal measures.

Therefore contact us immediately at tickets@tickets-per-post.de if the tickets are lost or stolen. It is in the responsiblility of the customer only to prevent any fraudulent use or loss of the tickets.
